Full-Time Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) in California
We’re hiring a Mental Health Therapist to assess patient needs and deliver personalized support to help them overcome mental health challenges. Join our team!
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary Range: $115,000–$120,000 annually + benefits
Key Duties:
- Evaluate clients to understand the root causes of their mental health concerns
- Implement effective counseling methods that align with individual goals
- Stay up-to-date with evidence-based counseling techniques
- Offer insights to optimize service delivery and treatment strategies
- Foster a supportive environment for all patient interactions
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related fields
- Valid California license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health services
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with patients
- Ability to deliver treatment that is customized to meet the unique needs of every client
