Location: California (Remote)
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Job Summary:
We’re looking for licensed therapists to provide telehealth counseling services across California. This is a remote position offering stability, autonomy, and the chance to make meaningful contributions to client well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct clinical assessments and tailor treatment plans
• Maintain documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in trainings and clinical supervision as needed

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Current California license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW)
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Comfortable using electronic health records and telehealth platforms
