Position Details
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
- Pay Range: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
- Minimum Weekly Hours: 5
Primary Duties
- Evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy sessions (individual and group formats)
- Manage documentation with accuracy and compliance
- Address concerns related to trauma, emotional health, and behavioral conditions
- Collaborate with external care teams as appropriate
Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work
- Current California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
- Minimum 2 years of therapy experience
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Training in evidence-based practices is preferred
