Position Details
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
- Pay Range: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
- Minimum Weekly Hours: 5
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
- Provide support for trauma, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health issues
- Maintain timely, professional clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other providers as needed
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline
- Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California
- At least 2 years of post-license clinical experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based methods is a plus
