Position Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality virtual care. This full-time role removes the stress of private practice by offering a steady stream of clients, a user-friendly platform for scheduling and documentation, and bonus opportunities tied to your performance.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation

• $115,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct teletherapy sessions on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to support client goals
• Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans
• Guide clients through emotional and life challenges
• Monitor progress and adapt interventions as needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California
• Minimum of three years in outpatient or telehealth settings
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records and digital tools
