Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) Opportunity in California

We are hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide professional support and therapy to those navigating life’s challenges. Join a team committed to driving meaningful change.

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $115,000 to $120,000 annually, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual therapy for individuals, families, and groups, employing evidence-based techniques.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to promote emotional and psychological growth.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care for clients.
• Stay informed on current practices through ongoing professional development.
• Share innovative ideas to improve clinical services and client outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• At least two years of experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus but not required.
