Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join a telehealth team serving adult clients statewide. This position focuses on direct therapy, treatment planning, and follow-up care rather than high-volume scheduling. The structure allows you to deliver steady, intentional mental health services within standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled virtual therapy sessions
• Complete intake assessments and diagnostic reviews
• Develop and update individual treatment plans
• Maintain accurate session notes and progress records
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic methods
• Follow Oklahoma mental health licensing and ethical guidelines

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma Licensed Mental Health Therapist credential
• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Clinical experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
• Reliable technology and private workspace
