Job Summary
We’re looking for therapists licensed in Texas to provide counseling remotely. You’ll meet clients online, help them navigate challenges, and design practical steps toward better emotional health. This full-time role balances flexibility with the consistency of a steady workweek.

Position Snapshot

• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Conduct secure virtual sessions with adults and families
• Develop care plans and update as progress is made
• Support clients in building long-term coping strategies
• Document services promptly and thoroughly
• Work with peers to ensure well-rounded care

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• At least two years of therapy experience
• Comfortable delivering care virtually
