Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality virtual care to clients across New York. This position involves managing a consistent therapy caseload, guiding clients through treatment goals, and maintaining strong clinical records in a telehealth environment. The work is centered on practical support, sound clinical judgment, and helping clients move forward with measurable progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth counseling and psychotherapy services
• Perform initial assessments and gather relevant clinical history
• Develop treatment plans based on presenting concerns and goals
• Maintain complete, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Evaluate client progress throughout the course of treatment
• Refer clients to additional services or resources when appropriate
• Uphold ethical care standards and confidentiality requirements

Requirements

• Active New York license as LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health or counseling-related field
• Experience in therapy, counseling, or outpatient mental health care preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain clinical effectiveness in a virtual setting
• Proficiency with telehealth tools and EHR systems preferred
