Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCMHC, LCSW)

We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our telehealth team in Michigan.

This position focuses on providing therapy through online sessions, helping clients manage mental health challenges, improve coping skills, and work toward steady progress over time. You will handle assessments, treatment planning, therapy sessions, progress tracking, and documentation as part of your regular workflow.

Position Details
Location: Michigan
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Deliver mental health counseling through video-based sessions
• Assess client history, symptoms, and treatment needs
• Create treatment plans that align with clinical goals
• Provide ongoing therapy and monitor response to care
• Keep records current, accurate, and compliant
• Maintain a professional and organized remote practice routine
• Support clients through common mental health and life stress concerns

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field
• Active license as LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW
• Previous therapy experience in an outpatient, private practice, community mental health, or telehealth setting
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable using technology for virtual care delivery
• Ability to manage clinical responsibilities independently
