Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Location: West Jordan, UT
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We’re hiring a Utah-licensed clinician to provide structured, outcomes-focused telehealth therapy. You’ll help clients manage symptoms, build coping tools, and work through life changes using secure online sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake interviews
• Provide ongoing teletherapy to a defined caseload
• Create individualized treatment plans and update them as needed
• Complete all required documentation in an EMR system
• Participate in regular clinical collaboration and training

Requirements

• Active Utah license as LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
• Solid understanding of outpatient treatment standards
• Comfortable providing services entirely via telehealth
