We are looking for California-licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide remote mental health services as independent contractors.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $115,000 to $120,000 per year, plus benefits

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy for adolescent and adult patients.
• Offer virtual therapy through video and phone while adhering to telehealth best practices.
• Work alongside a dedicated team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain thorough and confidential patient records.

Requirements

• Valid LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license in California.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in relevant mental health fields.
• Ability to engage with clients effectively and compassionately.
• Strong documentation and time-management skills.
