Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring licensed mental health providers in Texas to work from home and offer remote therapy sessions. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while making a direct impact on clients’ lives through skilled therapeutic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group teletherapy sessions
• Develop and revise care plans based on client goals
• Use CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed techniques
• Perform clinical assessments and maintain records
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers as needed
• Ensure compliance with privacy and documentation regulations

Requirements

• Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Texas
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
