Licensed Mental Health Therapist LCSW / LPC / LMFT | Texas

Salary: $100,000–$110,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Overview
We are onboarding experienced, licensed therapists in Texas to provide remote mental health care. In this position, you will guide individuals through therapeutic processes using evidence-based techniques—all from a secure home workspace.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual counseling to individuals and groups
• Design individualized treatment plans
• Apply CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused strategies
• Conduct evaluations and maintain clinical notes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and state guidelines

Requirements

• Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Texas
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
