Accountabilities

• Provide engaging, high-quality virtual individual therapy sessions to a diverse patient population.
• Deliver a minimum of 30 clinical hours of individual therapy per week.

• Adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted New York license (LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing individual therapy.
• Proven ability to support diverse populations using a range of therapeutic approaches.
• Strong clinical documentation and professional communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology and able to work independently in a fully remote environment with reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace.
