Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: California

Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide telehealth psychotherapy services to adult clients across California. In this role, you will complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver ongoing clinical care within a structured remote model.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Follow California licensing and clinical standards

Requirements

• Active California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
