Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000 to $120,000 annually, plus benefits
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting weekly live video sessions for adults managing a wide range of emotional challenges.
- Utilizing assessment tools to track symptom changes, functional improvements, and goal achievements to adjust treatment as needed.
- Keeping accurate clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal equipped with digital tools to streamline workflow.
- Collaborating with the Therapy Leadership Team for guidance and clinical insights as necessary.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited program.
- Independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in your state of residence. Multiple state licenses are a bonus.
- At least one year of experience working independently as a licensed professional.
- Recent experience delivering cognitive behavioral therapy or similar evidence-based care for depression, anxiety, and related conditions.
- Familiarity with and enthusiasm for integrating digital tools into therapy.
- Commitment to providing inclusive and culturally sensitive care to all populations.
