Indiana LMFT Needed for Full-Time Remote Therapy Position
Job Summary
This full-time remote role is for an Indiana-licensed LMFT who wants to focus on direct client care in a telehealth environment. The work includes helping clients better understand patterns in their relationships, manage conflict, improve communication, and move through personal or family-related challenges with practical clinical support.
You will provide therapy through scheduled virtual sessions, document care clearly, and help clients make progress in a setting that is accessible, organized, and built for modern behavioral health care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions with clients located in Indiana
- Provide clinical support for couples, families, and individuals facing relational or emotional concerns
- Complete intake assessments and gather relevant history to guide treatment
- Create clear treatment goals that reflect each client’s needs and presenting concerns
- Help clients strengthen communication skills, manage conflict, and address family or relationship stress
- Keep client records updated in accordance with clinical, ethical, and legal standards
- Identify when clients may need additional resources, referrals, or a higher level of care
- Maintain professional boundaries and privacy standards in all virtual care interactions
Requirements
- Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Indiana
- Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Must be able to practice independently in Indiana
- Prior experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions

- $115,000–$120,000 per year

- Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
