• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This telehealth role is for an LMFT who wants to provide focused therapy for clients dealing with relationship challenges, family conflict, parenting stress, grief, anxiety, and adjustment concerns. You will guide virtual sessions, document care, and support clients as they work toward healthier patterns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote therapy sessions
• Support clients with relational and emotional concerns
• Complete intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Use appropriate therapy methods based on client needs
• Monitor client progress and safety concerns
• Maintain privacy and compliance standards

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Active Virginia LMFT license
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Strong documentation and communication skills
