Location: Virginia (Remote)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year, plus full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our remote team and provide therapy to clients in need. You’ll have the opportunity to guide individuals and families toward healthier relationships and emotional well-being, all while working remotely and maintaining a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy sessions remotely through video conferencing
• Create customized treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs
• Track client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
• Provide support for clients with relationship issues, mental health concerns, and more

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Valid LMFT license in Virginia
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect remotely with clients
