Location: Virginia (Remote)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year, plus full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you’ll work with clients to navigate mental health challenges through virtual therapy. This remote, full-time position offers the flexibility to work from home while having a meaningful impact on families, individuals, and couples seeking guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms
• Develop individualized treatment plans for each client
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress
• Offer support to clients working through emotional, relational, and family issues

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Valid LMFT license in Virginia
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect remotely with clients
