Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Remote Opportunity

Location: Virginia (Remote)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year, plus full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled LMFT to join our team and provide high-quality virtual care. In this full-time, remote role, you’ll work with clients who are seeking therapy to address relationship and family dynamics. Your expertise will guide them through their challenges while maintaining professional, compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct video therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Develop and implement customized therapeutic interventions
• Document client progress and update treatment plans regularly
• Provide support for clients dealing with relationship issues, stress, and family conflict
• Stay current with best practices and professional development

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Valid LMFT license in Virginia
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect remotely with clients
