Position: Full-Time | Location: North Carolina (Remote) | Salary: $115,000 - $120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you'll play a key role in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. With a focus on actionable solutions and positive outcomes, your work will leave a lasting impact on the lives of those you serve.

Responsibilities:

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients to set and achieve therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate case notes and follow privacy regulations.
• Stay current on therapeutic techniques and best practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active LMFT license in North Carolina.
• 2+ years of experience in therapy (remote experience a plus).
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
