Position: Full-Time | Location: North Carolina (Remote) | Salary: $115,000 - $120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team remotely. This is an excellent opportunity to provide meaningful therapeutic services while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead remote therapy sessions for diverse clients, including individuals and families.
• Develop customized therapy plans and provide support through evidence-based strategies.
• Help clients improve their relationships and emotional wellbeing.
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and continue professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active LMFT license in North Carolina.
• 2+ years of experience in therapy (remote experience a plus).
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
