Location: Missouri
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

In this position, you will guide clients through personal and relational challenges using evidence-based therapy methods. Your day-to-day work will focus on helping clients improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build healthier patterns—all delivered through a secure virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Evaluate emotional and behavioral concerns
• Create actionable treatment plans tailored to each client
• Track and document client progress
• Offer practical tools for managing stress, relationships, and life transitions
• Participate in case discussions as needed

Requirements

• Active LMFT license in the state of Missouri
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Strong communication and telehealth skills
• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant platforms
