Location: Missouri
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

This role focuses on helping clients navigate relationship challenges, mental health concerns, and family dynamics through structured virtual sessions. You’ll play a key role in helping clients identify patterns, set goals, and build healthier interactions in their daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual, couples, and family therapy sessions online
• Identify behavioral patterns and relationship dynamics
• Develop and implement treatment strategies
• Keep detailed clinical records
• Adjust care plans based on client progress
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards

Requirements

• Active LMFT license in the state of Missouri
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Strong communication and telehealth skills
• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant platforms
