Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are recruiting a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time telehealth opening. This role is well suited for a clinician who enjoys helping people work through family conflict, relationship concerns, emotional stress, and significant life transitions in a virtual setting. You will provide ongoing therapy, assess treatment needs, create care plans, and document sessions thoroughly while helping clients make practical changes that support healthier daily functioning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Complete assessments and gather client history
• Create and manage individualized treatment plans
• Address concerns including relationship strain, family challenges, and behavioral health needs
• Write accurate progress notes and maintain organized records
• Review outcomes and adjust treatment approaches as needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Active LMFT license
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong knowledge of treatment planning and clinical documentation
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic records systems
