Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join a growing telehealth team. This full-time role centers on helping clients work through personal struggles, relationship concerns, family conflict, and emotional stress through ongoing virtual therapy sessions. The position is ideal for someone who values consistent client care, thoughtful treatment planning, and meaningful day-to-day clinical work.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Complete clinical assessments and gather relevant background information
• Develop treatment plans that reflect client needs and goals
• Support clients through relationship strain, family issues, and life transitions
• Keep clear, organized, and timely session notes
• Review treatment progress and adjust care strategies as needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Active LMFT license
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong knowledge of treatment planning and clinical documentation
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic records systems
