Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time remote position focused on virtual client care. In this role, you will work with individuals, couples, and families facing challenges related to relationships, emotional health, stress, and major life changes. This position involves providing therapy, building treatment plans, tracking progress, and helping clients develop healthier patterns in their daily lives and relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Assess emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns
• Create and update treatment plans based on client goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches when appropriate
• Help clients improve communication, coping skills, and family dynamics

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Active LMFT license
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong knowledge of treatment planning and clinical documentation
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic records systems
