Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are searching for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide remote counseling services for clients across Delaware. This full-time position is focused on helping individuals, couples, and families address emotional concerns, relationship strain, and behavioral patterns that affect daily life. The right candidate will be comfortable delivering therapy online, building treatment plans, and maintaining consistent clinical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions for a diverse client population
• Identify presenting concerns through assessments and clinical interviews
• Create and implement treatment plans tailored to each client or family unit
• Help clients improve communication, problem-solving, and emotional regulation
• Record accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field
• Active LMFT license in Delaware
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
• Knowledge of state and federal confidentiality regulations
