Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary
As a full-time LMFT in this telehealth role, you will provide therapy that helps clients address relationship strain, family conflict, emotional distress, and everyday life challenges. You will meet with clients virtually, guide them through treatment goals, and provide steady clinical support that helps improve how they function at home, at work, and in their relationships. This is a practical, client-facing role for a therapist who values clear structure and consistent care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled virtual therapy sessions throughout the workweek
• Build rapport with clients and support treatment progress over time
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment goals tailored to each case
• Address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family stress, and relationship concerns
• Complete session notes and required documentation accurately
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and telehealth requirements

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
• Active LMFT license
• Experience providing therapy in a remote or outpatient setting is a plus
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
