Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re recruiting a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a part-time remote position connected to Savannah, GA. This role is focused on helping clients manage family tension, relationship concerns, adjustment issues, and other emotional or behavioral challenges through telehealth care. You will handle therapy sessions, treatment planning, session notes, and ongoing progress review while supporting clients in a practical and organized way.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Evaluate client concerns and recommend appropriate treatment approaches
• Develop treatment goals based on client needs and clinical findings
• Maintain session notes and other required records in a timely manner
• Provide support for issues related to relationships, family systems, and emotional stress
• Uphold all clinical, ethical, and privacy requirements

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Active LMFT license in Georgia
• Prior clinical experience in therapy or counseling
• Comfortable providing care in a remote setting
• Strong documentation and case management skills
• Reliable internet connection and ability to use telehealth platforms
