Pay: $45–$65/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary:
This part-time remote LMFT position supports clients in Augusta, GA who need help navigating relationship struggles, family concerns, and emotional health issues. The therapist in this role will lead virtual sessions, complete evaluations, develop care strategies, and guide clients through practical steps toward healthier interactions and improved daily functioning. The work is structured, client-focused, and well-suited for a clinician who values clear communication and consistent care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual counseling to individuals, couples, and families
• Assess presenting concerns and establish treatment priorities
• Help clients improve communication, boundaries, and relationship patterns
• Prepare and maintain complete clinical documentation
• Track treatment progress and revise plans when appropriate
• Maintain compliance with licensing and telehealth standards
• Collaborate with clinical teams or referral sources when needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Active LMFT license in Georgia
• Prior clinical experience in therapy or counseling
• Comfortable providing care in a remote setting
• Strong documentation and case management skills
• Reliable internet connection and ability to use telehealth platforms
