Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual therapy services in a full-time remote role. This position involves working closely with clients facing family tension, relationship concerns, behavioral patterns, and emotional stressors that affect daily life. You will play a key role in helping clients better understand their situations, strengthen relationships, and move toward healthier routines and decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide telehealth counseling for individuals, couples, and families
• Evaluate client concerns and establish treatment goals
• Use evidence-based therapy approaches that fit each client’s needs
• Support clients through relationship challenges, parenting concerns, and life adjustments
• Complete session notes, treatment updates, and other required records

Requirements

• Active LMFT license in Illinois
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning
