Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
A full-time opportunity is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who wants to work remotely in a telehealth setting. In this role, you will help clients navigate personal, marital, and family-related concerns through ongoing therapy sessions. The work is centered on practical support, strong clinical judgment, and helping clients improve how they cope, communicate, and function in everyday life.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
• Identify client needs through assessments and clinical interviews
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Address concerns such as family conflict, relationship strain, anxiety, stress, and adjustment issues
• Maintain clear and timely documentation for all sessions

Requirements

• Active LMFT license in Illinois
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning
