Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote role serving clients across Indiana. This role focuses on providing virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families who need structured mental health support. You will assess client needs, create treatment plans, lead ongoing sessions, maintain accurate documentation, and help clients work through emotional, behavioral, and relationship concerns in a telehealth setting. This is a direct care role with a steady weekday schedule and a clear clinical focus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Complete intake assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and update treatment goals as needed
• Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to each case
• Coordinate care with other providers when clinically appropriate

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
• Active Indiana LMFT license in good standing
• Clinical experience providing psychotherapy in a professional setting
• Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and ability to use telehealth platforms and EHR systems
