Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

As a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide therapy services to adults, couples, and families across New Jersey through a secure telehealth platform. Your work will focus on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical support. This role allows you to focus on care delivery without administrative overload.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
• Develop treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with internal clinical and support teams
• Maintain compliance with New Jersey licensing and telehealth standards

Requirements

• Active New Jersey LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing outpatient or telehealth therapy
• Comfortable using EHR and telehealth systems
