Location: Colorado
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Summary

As an LMFT in a telehealth setting, you’ll provide structured therapy sessions that help clients improve relationships, communication, and emotional regulation. Your day-to-day work focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing counseling—while keeping clean documentation and collaborating with the care team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via secure telehealth platforms
• Complete intake assessments, clinical impressions, and treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions aligned with client goals
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation (notes, updates, discharge planning)
• Monitor risk and follow safety protocols when needed
• Coordinate care with internal teams or referral partners as appropriate

Requirements

• Active Colorado license as LMFT (in good standing)
• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing psychotherapy (telehealth experience is a plus)
• Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth technology
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload during standard business hours
