Position: Full-Time

Salary: $115K–$120K per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide structured therapy through a remote clinical model. This role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing sessions with individuals, couples, and families. Your work will support clients managing relationship stress, emotional challenges, and life transitions through consistent virtual care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote intake assessments and therapy sessions
• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling
• Develop and update treatment plans based on client progress
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Follow ethical guidelines and Texas licensing standards

Requirements

• Active Texas LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy via telehealth or clinical settings
• Strong documentation and case management skills
