Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

Job Summary

We are seeking an Indiana-licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy focused on relationships, communication, and family systems. This role blends direct client care with consultation and supervision to support consistent, outcome-driven treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Assess relational patterns and treatment needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Offer supervision or case consultation to associate clinicians
• Review progress and refine treatment strategies
• Ensure alignment with Indiana practice requirements

Requirements

• Active Indiana LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience working with couples and families
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Comfortable managing a virtual caseload
