Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Tennessee

Role Summary

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will support couples and families navigating relationship, communication, and life-transition challenges. This role allows you to focus on therapy delivery while operating within a stable telehealth framework that values quality outcomes and clinical consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide couples and family therapy sessions remotely
• Assess relational dynamics and behavioral patterns
• Create goal-driven treatment plans
• Document sessions according to clinical standards
• Coordinate care with internal clinical leadership as needed

Requirements

• Active Tennessee LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience
• Experience working with couples and families
• Reliable private workspace for telehealth sessions
