Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Michigan

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapistto join our remote mental health team serving clients across Michigan. This role is centered on consistent therapy delivery, helping individuals work through emotional challenges, daily stressors, and behavioral concerns. The position offers a clear workload, defined hours, and a clinical environment designed to support focused, uninterrupted care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
• Complete psychosocial assessments and care planning
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support clients in building coping strategies and stability
• Follow Michigan practice standards and ethical guidelines

Requirements

• Active Michigan LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Experience providing mental health therapy
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
• Strong written communication and organization skills
