Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Vermont

Job Summary

We are looking for a Vermont-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our remote care team. In this role, you will work with individuals, couples, and families through scheduled telehealth sessions, helping clients address relationship challenges, communication issues, and life transitions in a structured clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth
• Assess relational patterns and identify treatment priorities
• Create and update treatment plans based on client goals
• Maintain clear and compliant clinical documentation
• Follow Vermont LMFT regulations and ethical standards

Requirements

• Active Vermont LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting
• Comfortable working with clients in a virtual environment
