Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Texas

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual therapy to clients across Texas. This role is designed for clinicians who want predictable hours and a focused caseload while continuing meaningful work with individuals, couples, and families. Your sessions support emotional stability, communication skills, and long-term progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Complete clinical assessments and define treatment goals
• Maintain accurate and timely session documentation
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Review client progress and adjust care plans

Requirements

• Active Texas LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience delivering outpatient mental health therapy
• Comfortable working in a remote care environment
• Strong organization and clinical documentation skills
