Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: West Virginia

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across West Virginia. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule and a steady caseload, allowing you to focus on therapeutic outcomes while working remotely in a structured clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct relational and family-focused assessments
• Create and update treatment plans
• Document sessions in compliance with standards
• Track client progress over time

Requirements

• Active West Virginia LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline
• Experience working with relational or family systems
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfort working full-time in a virtual setting
