Position: Part-Time
Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year

Role Summary

In this LMFT position, you work with individuals and families navigating relationship stress, transitions, and mental health challenges. The role offers a predictable schedule and a structured telehealth environment that supports long-term client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Complete clinical assessments and ongoing treatment plans
• Document sessions in accordance with clinical standards
• Apply evidence-based family systems approaches
• Monitor outcomes and client engagement

Requirements

• Active Texas LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
• Ability to manage a consistent caseload
• Strong organizational and clinical reasoning skills
