Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Texas

Role Summary

This role focuses on providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families navigating emotional stress, relationship challenges, and life changes. You will manage a consistent caseload in a fully remote setting with clear expectations and a steady weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families
• Complete assessments and establish treatment goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Track client progress and adjust care plans as needed

Requirements

• Active Texas LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing outpatient mental health services
• Comfortable delivering therapy via telehealth
• Strong organizational and communication skills
