Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: North Carolina

Role Summary

This role is designed for an LMFT who wants to practice relational and systems-based therapy in a fully remote setting. You will work with individuals, couples, and families while following clear clinical workflows that support consistency, documentation accuracy, and long-term client progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
• Assess relational dynamics and family systems
• Develop and manage structured treatment plans
• Track progress and update clinical notes in a timely manner
• Participate in case reviews and clinical discussions
• Support clinical standards and ethical compliance

Requirements

• Active North Carolina LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing outpatient or telehealth services
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a steady caseload remotely
