Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: California

Summary:
We are currently hiring a licensed mental health therapist to support adult clients throughout California via telehealth. This position involves clinical assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy delivered within an organized remote care system.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Perform intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Create and manage individualized treatment plans
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical records
• Practice in alignment with California clinical standards

Requirements

• Active California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Experience using electronic health record systems
