Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
Support clients across New Jersey through secure video therapy. You’ll focus on clear assessments, organized treatment planning, and consistent documentation aligned with established clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete intake assessments and diagnostic documentation
• Develop treatment plans with measurable goals
• Maintain progress notes and care updates in the EMR
• Participate in clinical meetings and consults
• Follow risk and safety guidelines consistently

Requirements

• Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline
• Clinical experience preferred
• Strong written communication for documentation
